Architect, SAFA, PhD Candidate
Emmi Keskisarja (b. 1984, Finland), architect MSc, pursues to combine preciseness with passion to create intuitive, inspiring spaces and a world that is sensual, eloquent and equal. She combines trans-discipline collaboration with the contemporary digital tool set both in architectural practice and academic work.
Emmi brings fresh perspectives to architecture from processes of art and science. Her works have been exhibited in Beijing Design Week, ARCH Moscow, Hong Kong & Shenzhen Bi-City Biennale of Architecture\Urbanism and Venice Biennale of Architecture. Emmi has been a visiting professor and lecturer in various architecture schools in Europe, Asia and the Americas since 2012.
Keskisarja is currently working with her PhD with the support of the Finnish Cultural Foundation. Her research focuses on the creative process of architecture and co-creation.
